Where to buy Universal cards GEOCARD or Internet cards?

You can buy Universal cards, Internet cards and Telecards by means of a courier any time exept Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00. The minimal price of order is 20 GEL. The service is carried out within 24 hour.

What are the prices?

Internet usage price depends on your chosen tariff plan.

Does my account have validity and what will happen after the expiration date?

Your account is valid during three months after the last payment;
If you do not add money to your account during this period, the sum will be annulled;
If you do not add money during the following three months, your account will be cancelled including your mail-boxes and Web space. After that you can not restore your account

How to register?

After the purchasing the card, connect the server:
92 37 47 (PSTN 2, 9, old lines) or 77 50 55, 919 929 (PSTN 2, 9, old lines). Go to http://user.geonet.ge, select your desirable language and follow the instructions.

How to fill out the account?

Go to http://user.geonet.ge, enter new PIN code, select Add, enter your username and Web ID. Follow the instructions

How to check the current balance?

Go to http://www.geonet.ge, enter the menu "Profile", select "Check your account"

How to change the password?

Go to http://www.geonet.ge, enter "Profile", select "Change password"

How to register the mail-box, change e-mail address or password?

How can I activate my Web space?
